By buying any product on this site, you agree to these terms. They’re written in plain language so we both know what we’re agreeing to.

What you get

A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products you bought (mastering chain presets, Notion workspaces, frameworks, reference materials) on unlimited personal and commercial music projects.

Use them on your own music. Use them on client work. Use them on every track you ever finish. No track-by-track licensing, no extra fees.

What you can’t do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the files publicly or privately
• Upload to torrent sites, sharing forums, or piracy platforms
• Rebrand and sell as your own product
• Bundle into a paid course or membership without explicit written permission

Basically: use them yourself, on as many tracks as you want, forever. Just don’t give them away or sell them.

Delivery

These are digital products. You get instant access to download links after purchase, delivered both on the thank-you page and in your receipt email. No physical items ship.

If your delivery links don’t work or you can’t find your email, reply to your receipt and I’ll fix it personally.

All sales final

Everything sold here is an instant-download digital product. Because a download can’t be returned, all sales are final. The only exceptions are a corrupted file, the wrong product, or a broken download link — email me and I’ll fix it the same day. See the full refund policy for details. By completing your purchase you agree to it.

No guarantees on outcomes

I share what worked for me — the chains, the systems, the frameworks. They got me to 50M+ streams as an independent artist. I can’t guarantee they’ll do the same for you. Results depend on the work you put in, the music you make, and a hundred things outside my control.

What I do stand behind: the products are real, they work as described, and if anything arrives broken I’ll fix it personally.

Updates

I update these products over time (new versions of Artist OS, expanded reference libraries, etc.). When you buy, you get lifetime access including future updates at no additional cost.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, my liability for any claim related to these products is limited to the amount you paid for them. Use the products at your own discretion.

Changes

If I materially change these terms, I’ll update the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
