Refund Policy

Everything sold here is an instant-download digital product — the mastering chains, the Complete Mastering Toolkit, Artist OS, the 90-Day Framework. The moment you buy, you get the files. Because a download can’t be returned, all sales are final.
This is the standard policy across the digital music-tools industry, and it’s what keeps these priced at $17–$37 instead of $200+. By completing your purchase, you agree to it.
The only exceptions
I’ll always make it right if something is genuinely broken. You’re covered for a replacement or a refund if:
- A file is corrupted or won’t open.
- You received the wrong product due to an error on my end.
- A download link is broken or missing and I can’t get it to you.
Email me at contact@charliecrown.com with your order email and what went wrong. I read every message myself and I’ll fix it the same day.
What’s not covered
“I changed my mind,” “it’s not what I expected,” or “I already downloaded everything but want my money back” — those aren’t refundable, for the same reason a store can’t take back an opened, copied file. The product page, the FAQ, and the demos tell you exactly what you’re getting before you buy. Know what you’re buying.
What you get instead of a refund window
These are the exact chains behind 50M+ streams and releases on Universal, Sony Music, Ultra, and Dim Mak. They work in any DAW. If you’re stuck setting them up, email me — I’d rather spend 5 minutes helping you get results than process a refund. The goal is for you to actually use this stuff.
Payment processing
Stripe handles all payment processing. In the rare case I issue a refund for one of the exceptions above, Stripe credits your original payment method automatically — no extra steps from you.
Chargebacks
Please email me first. Filing a chargeback on a digital product you downloaded — when the policy was clear at checkout — is just taking the work for free, and I dispute those. If something’s actually wrong, I’ll fix it faster than your bank can. I’m one person; talk to me.
