Here’s the deal: if the Ultimate Master Chain doesn’t help you get better-sounding masters within 14 days of buying it, I’ll refund you. No questions, no support tickets, no jumping through hoops.
How to Request a Refund
Email Charlie directly at contact@charliecrown.com (or DM on Instagram if that’s easier) within 14 days of your purchase. Include the order number from your ThriveCart confirmation email so we can find you fast. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
What Qualifies
Pretty much everything. You tried it, it’s not what you needed, you want your money back? Done. We’re not going to argue with you about whether you “really” gave it a fair shot.
After 14 Days
After 14 days, all sales are final. This isn’t us being difficult — it’s how the product stays priced at $27 instead of $56+.
Payment Processing
ThriveCart, Stripe, and PayPal handle the actual money movement, so refunds usually appear on your statement within a few business days of processing.
