Privacy Policy

Short version: I collect the minimum I need to deliver your products and make sure my ads aren’t wasting money. No selling your data. No spam. No surprises.

What I collect

Order info — your email, name, and the products you bought. Needed to deliver your downloads and process refunds.
Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. I do see the last 4 digits and the brand so I can match a refund to your charge.
Analytics — page views, clicks, and order data via Meta Pixel (Conversions API) and Google Analytics 4. Used only to measure whether my ads are working.
IP address and user agent — captured server-side for fraud prevention and to improve ad attribution quality.

Who I share it with

Only the services needed to run the business:

Stripe — payment processing
Supabase — order database (encrypted at rest)
Resend — sending you your receipt + delivery emails
Meta — ad performance measurement (hashed identifiers only — never your raw email)
Google Analytics — traffic measurement
Slack — internal sales notifications

I do not sell your data. I do not rent your email list. I do not give your information to third parties for marketing.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for: payment session continuity (Stripe), analytics (Meta Pixel, GA4), and ad attribution. By using the site, you consent to these cookies. You can block them in your browser settings — checkout will still work, but ad attribution may be reduced (which only affects me, not you).

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can ask me at any time to: see what data I have on you, correct it, or delete it entirely (except where I’m legally required to keep records, e.g., tax/payment records). Email contact@charliecrown.com and I’ll handle it within 30 days.

Data retention

Order data is kept indefinitely for tax/business records (required by law in most jurisdictions). Analytics data is retained per the standard Meta and Google Analytics policies (typically 2–14 months depending on the data type).

Changes

If I materially change this policy, I’ll update the “last updated” date above. Big changes will be communicated by email if I have your email on file as a customer.
